About Me

Even as a child (born in 1964), I had colorful and vivid fantasies about what I dreamed of in life: I wanted to study, without knowing at the time what my field of study would be. And although I grew up in the sea-locked north of Germany, I imagined that one day I would be whizzing down the mountains on skis in Switzerland.

The first part of my dream came true when I studied chemistry in Freiburg im Breisgau. After receiving my doctorate, the second part of my vision became reality: I began my scientific career in the pharmaceutical industry in Basel. In various leadership positions, including Head of Research & Development in Switzerland and the USA, I deeply immersed myself in the field of development: first development of molecules, then of people and organizations.

In 2011, I turned my back on science, completed a coaching training and started a new chapter as a consultant for Executive Search & Leadership Potential Analysis before moving into Outplacement/Newplacement. As an expert for reorientation and personal development and managing director of the Basel office, I accompanied hundreds of clients in recognizing their potential, developing new perspectives as well as shaping their professional futures according to their ideas.

In 2014, my life underwent a profound change when I discovered Logosynthesis® – an innovative system for dissolving limiting patterns and beliefs - and I experienced the power of the method first-hand. After completing the Logosynthesis Practitioner & Instructor training, my mission was clear: «I'm here to inspire people to discover their uniqueness and live their very own vision with ease and to spread Logosynthesis around the world». I have been living this mission in my own company since 2021.
